Your pipeline

Your pipeline lives under Opportunities. Each lead is a card, and each column is a stage in your sales process. Moving a card from one stage to the next is the single most important thing your team does in SURGE, because moving the card is what triggers the right follow-up.

Drag the card into the column that matches what just happened. That’s it — SURGE takes care of the automated messages for that stage.

Click a card to open it and see the lead’s details, notes and history.

After you… Move the card to…
Called and got no answer No Answer
Started a real back-and-forth conversation Active Conversation
Booked them in for a call Booked Call (this often happens on its own when they book through your link)
Waited for a call they didn’t turn up to Didn’t Attend Call
Had the call Attended Phone Call
Sent them pricing or an offer Follow Up / Proposal Sent
Booked their trial or first session Booked Trial / Onboarding
Seen them attend their trial or first session Attended Trial / Onboarding
Signed them up Joined Offer, then Became Member / Client
Heard they’re not going ahead Not Sold
Found the number doesn’t work Wrong Number

For what SURGE sends at each stage, see What we’ve set up for you.

Colour shows how long a lead in New Lead, No Answer or Active Conversation has been waiting: green for days 1–3, yellow for days 4–7, red for days 8–10. Work red cards first.

Call Attempts counts how many times the card has gone into No Answer. It’s the honest measure of follow-up. Aim for at least four calls in the first 48 hours.

Leads in No Answer pop back up. Every 24 hours, a lead in No Answer moves back to New Lead so it’s at the top of your list again. That’s deliberate — it’s the prompt to call again.

  • Don’t add cards by hand for new leads unless you have to. Cards added manually skip the New Lead automation. See Five rules that keep things running.
  • Don’t rename, reorder or delete stages. Your automations are wired to them. If a stage doesn’t suit your business, ask us and we’ll change it safely.
